By accessing our website and/or booking an appointment with Avisha Wellness & Spa Jimbaran, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

 


 
1. Booking an Appointment

To secure your preferred appointment time, advance booking is strongly recommended.

A deposit payment is required at the time of booking. Payments may be made via:

  • Major credit cards

  • Debit cards

  • Secure online payment gateway

  • Bank transfer

All payments, including deposits, must be completed prior to the appointment date. Failure to complete payment within the specified timeframe may result in cancellation of your appointment.

Requests for specific therapists or specialists are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

 


 
2. Payment Flow

To complete your reservation, the following process applies:

  • Select your preferred treatment, date, and time.

  • Provide required guest details.

  • Complete the deposit or full payment.

  • Receive booking confirmation once payment has been successfully processed.

Appointments are considered confirmed only after payment verification.

All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Applicable taxes and service charges may apply.

 


 
3. Arrivals

Guests are requested to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment time. Early arrival allows you to relax prior to your treatment, complete necessary guest information, and discuss any preferences or concerns with your therapist.

 


 
4. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your treatment duration will be reduced proportionally to avoid disruption to subsequent appointments.

Treatment will be provided based on the remaining available time. No refund will be issued for reduced treatment time due to late arrival.

 


 
5. Rescheduling Policy

Appointments may be rescheduled up to 12 hours prior to the original appointment time. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made as early as possible.

Requests made less than 12 hours before the appointment time are not eligible for rescheduling.

 


 
6. Cancellation Policy & Refunds

The deposit is required to secure your appointment and is non-refundable.

Last-minute changes, cancellations, or late arrivals without prior notice will result in automatic cancellation of the appointment.

 


 
7. Health & Medical Conditions

Guests must inform us of any medical conditions that may affect their treatment, including:

  • Pregnancy

  • Allergies

  • Recent surgeries

  • Injuries

  • Skin sensitivities

We reserve the right to modify or decline treatments if health risks are identified.

 


 
8. Liability

Avisha Wellness & Spa Jimbaran is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to safeguard their valuables at all times.

 


 
9. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for cancellations or service interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, public emergencies, or power outages.

In such cases, appointments may be rescheduled without penalty.
