Rules & Cancellation Policy
Booking an Appointment:
To secure your preferred appointment time, we recommend booking in advance. A deposit payment is required at the time of booking. Payments can be made via major credit and debit cards, processed securely through our payment gateway, or through bank transfer.
All payments, including the deposit, must be completed prior to the appointment date. Failure to make the payment within the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of your appointment. We strive to accommodate requests for specific therapists or specialists based on your preferences and their availability.
Arrivals:
To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience, we kindly request that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Arriving early provides an opportunity to unwind and relax before your treatment begins. This time also allows you to complete any necessary guest details and discuss any specific needs or preferences with your therapist.
Late Arrivals:
Please be aware that if you arrive late, the duration of your treatment will be reduced proportionally to the amount of time you are delayed. This measure is in place to prevent delays to subsequent appointments and to ensure that all guests receive their full treatment. If you arrive more than 30 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, we will need to cancel your appointment. This policy is designed to respect the schedules of all our clients and to maintain the highest standard of service.
Rescheduling:
To accommodate changes in your schedule, you may reschedule your appointment up to 12 hours before the original appointment time. Please contact us as early as possible to ensure availability for your preferred new time slot. Please note that rescheduling is subject to availability and cannot be done last minute.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your appointment, please note the following terms: Cancellations made at least 1 day before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a 25% refund. For cancellations within 3 hours of the appointment time, a 50% refund will be issued. Unfortunately, cancellations made at the last minute or no-shows are not eligible for any refund.
